VIP Golf Cart Service, Inc. began in 2007, when Grace and her husband retired from Hawaii to the quiet community of Rossmoor. They soon noticed that the area lacked reliable golf cart service, so they started a mobile service business built on the "Aloha Spirit." That Hawaiian ideal of love, respect, and kindness still shapes how the company works, and every customer is welcomed as 'Ohana,' or family.
Word of the couple's attentive service spread quickly. Well-regarded clubs such as Blackhawk Country Club, Round Hill Country Club, Diablo Country Club, and Crow Canyon Country Club came to depend on their expertise. What started as a mobile operation has grown to serve the entire Bay Area. The company now runs a 15,000-square-foot service facility in Antioch and a 4,000-square-foot showroom in Walnut Creek.
At the Walnut Creek showroom, an experienced team helps shoppers find the right E-Z-GO golf cart for their needs, whether new or refurbished. The dealership is convenient for customers in Concord, Antioch, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek, and Berkeley. Its owners continue to bring a little aloha to each visit.
